How long does boiler installation take?
Most standard boiler installations are completed within one day. However, if it’s a more complex job — like relocating the boiler or upgrading an older system — it may take up to 2 days. We’ll always let you know the estimated time before we begin.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, we recommend that someone is at home during the installation. Our engineer may need access to different parts of the house (e.g., boiler cupboard, thermostat location, radiators). If you can’t be home the whole time, we can work around your availability.
Are your engineers gas safe registered?
Absolutely. Every one of our boiler installers is Gas Safe registered and fully qualified. Your safety is our top priority, and we strictly follow all legal and industry standards.
